Over the past month the forum has been bombarded by spam, Today as a result of that we’ve had to disable the forum because the amount of visitors the forum is receiving is beyond normal. Our servers CPU and RAM have both been maxed out by this and was a executive decision by Shaun aka Sheppard to disable the forum. Once the attack ends, we will re-enable the forum.
Thank you for your patience.
I have returned to AMI on a limited basis to administrate and moderate. I missed the forum and web site and want to keep in touch with it. All broken links in The Extensions Mirror area of the forum have been fixed. While fixing the extensions, their posts have been updated to the latest versions. You can now download extensions again from AMI. Themes in the Themes Mirror have not been done yet. That section is next.
As a result of over 20,000 spam posts in this week alone I have disabled guest posting for the time being. I simply just don’t want to spend 5 hours of my day deleting spam from the board. If you need any help, Please email me here instead.
EDIT 14:34: Board registrations have been disabled until this issue can be resolved.
EDIT 22:16: Board registrations re-opened, Guest posting restored. Captcha system upgraded.
Hello, As you may have noticed AMI’s Forum is being flooded by spam. I’m trying my best to delete this spam as I see it but It’s nearly impossible to keep up with. If you see a spam post please click the report button to bring it to a moderators or myselfs attention.
Sorry for the recent downtime we experienced last night. Some retard decided to run a DDOS attack against the web server, which means Direct Denial of Service, which means they virtually flooded my web server. All is well again and we should be back to normal.
As of this morning the Domain has officially been transferred. The domain has been renewed for 1 year, but it will automatically renew each year so I won’t have to worry about the domain renewals.
